Note re Fraudulent Battery Collections
| It has been brought to our attention that various persons are visiting our customer sites posing as Enva personnel in order to obtain Lead Acid Batteries illegally. We would like to thank our customers for continued vigilance regarding this matter in order to minimise any further fraudulent collections. |
| We take this matter very seriously as fraudalent collectors are jeopardising both Enva’s and customers' reputations, due to removing hazardous waste without issuing of proper environmental documentation. |
We have devised a ‘quick reference check list’ to help you ensure lead acid batteries are being collected from your premises both legally and in accordance with Environmental Legislation.
